Quotations and orders
All quotations are subject to confirmation of specification, availability, carriage and applicable VAT. An order becomes binding when accepted by Sillette Sonic Ltd.
Prices and payment
Prices may change without notice. Please confirm current pricing before ordering. Goods remain the property of Sillette Sonic Ltd until payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. We will advise of known lead times and delays, but cannot accept liability for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns
Contact us before returning goods. Standard unused products may be accepted within 30 days subject to inspection; return carriage is normally the buyer’s responsibility. Bespoke, machined or specially ordered items cannot usually be returned.
Warranty
Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. GORI propellers carry a two-year defect liability subject to the manufacturer’s conditions, correct selection, installation, use and maintenance.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Sales are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
